Elysian by the Sea is located at 10999 Front Beach Rd. #6, Panama City Beach, Florida.  It has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and provides two twin-sized air mattresses to accommodate up to 6 guests.  The master bedroom has a king size bed with ocean view and full bath.  The guest room has a queen-sized bed and full bath. The condo is fully furnished with 3 flat screen TVs, a DVD player, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.  You will also find an assortment of games to play while relaxing with the family in the evenings.  The back patio deck is a large fully furnished area on the beach with a gas grill for outdoor cooking.  Elysian by the Sea is within walking distance of Wal-Mart, Rock-it Lanes, The Shoppes at Edgewater and much more. Also nearby is Pier Park with shopping and a movie theater, Zoo World, Spinnakers, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, WonderWorks, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park and more.

DEPOSIT POLICY

$500.00 deposit is due to hold the dates requested.

50% of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Balance of rental fee is due 28 days prior to arrival.

If balance is not received 28 days prior to arrival, reservation will be cancelled and deposit is forfeited.

Upon receipt of entire rental fee, you will receive instructions and procedures explaining the entry process and security codes, as well as instructions on departing.

REFUND POLICY

Deposit is 100% refundable if requested prior to 60 days of arrival.

Deposit is nonrefundable within 60 days of arrival.

Rental fee is 100% refundable if requested prior to 28 days of arrival.

Rental fee is nonrefundable within 28 days of arrival.

I will need copies of drivers’ license of all guests with vehicles on the premise. I will need those copies 28 days prior to arrival or deposit will be forfeited. Please include make, model and year of vehicle(s), as well as the license plate numbers of all vehicles on the property.

Rates

Rental fees vary depending on time of year. Please contact for availability and rates.

A week is defined as Saturday through Saturday.

Minimum of 5 night’s stay during peak season June, July and August.

Minimum of 3 night’s stay during off-peak season September through May.
